Mi objetivo es asegurar una posición como entrenador donde mi devoción por la salud y el bienestar pueda ser compartida con atletas de todos los niveles gracias a mi pasión por diseñar programas de ejercicios que maximicen la eficiencia del entrenamiento.

Mi filosofía de entrenamiento está fuertemente basada en ayudar a los atletas a desarrollar fuerza mental y corporal a través de motivación y trabajo en un ambiente agradable donde los objetivos se nutren como una forma de mejora en la vida global. Realmente no me gusta la palabra "cliente", entreno a atletas. De cualquier edad, de cualquier nivel.

Describe un proyecto reciente que te haya gustado realizar. ¿Cuánto tiempo duró realizarlo?

I've been coaching the most vaious types of population. From rehabilitation after injury, to world class athletes, passing through metabolic conditioning a obesity treatment. My latest succes was the T11 Long Jump gold medal at London 2017 World Championship by Arjola Dedaj, paralyimpc athlet who I follow for the last two years.

Personal Training sessions are 30 Euros per hour. Discounts can be applied with athletes training 3+ per week.

Monthly workout programs are usally 90 Euros a month. In case of a distance program one monthly session has to be planned to monitor initial training readiness and consecuently training progresses.

I was a pro athelte my self and I always loved the idea of helping people feeling better, in their mind and body.

¿Qué consejo le darías a un cliente que esté buscando contratar un profesional en tu área de trabajo?

Chose the one you trust the most. Someone you can feel a positive spark at the first sight.

I believe in the formative benefits of fatigue. Sports have taught me since I was 6 that nothing comes for free, you have to want it and go for it. This has been one of my greatest achievements and I have transposed it to all the other aspects of life. I plan, organise and prioritise work according to my athlete’s needs, physical and mental status. I always consider the final purpose of the training. Whatever it is: being able to carry six bottles of water for two floors or run 400 meters in under 50 seconds.

"Can you really help me out achieving my goals?"

My coaching philosophy is based on the consideration that living our life in a well-balanced and functional body is the key to actually live better. As a direct consequence, my work helps me to start every single day with happiness, knowing that my athletes are sharing with me this vision and they trust me as a guide towards their own goals, both in life as well as in sports.

In order to maximise the results of each and every training and create a stronger connection with my working group, I love to talk with people and dig into daily habits, sometimes a few spoken words on the phone or in person are more efficient than a long email and I am not scared of language barriers after working with Chinese people for three years while knowing barely a hundred words in Mandarin.
